One of my absolute favorite holiday symbols is the reindeer. I look forward each year to exploring new and creative ways to depict these beautiful and magical creatures. The origin story of Santa's flying reindeer is long and at times very complex. Wishing everyone a very blessed Ostara / First day of Spring. Ironically, in my area the weather forecast is calling for snow..... Ostara is celebrated on the spring Equinox and is a holiday representing the fertility of spring and its symbols include eggs, rabbits, flowers, and seeds. So rejoice, the end of this brutally cold and snowy winter is here.
